About the Device -
1. Battery backup is Ok, it drains quickly - 3- 4 hrs max
2. the performance is also Ok but internet disconnects severel times, no stability.
3. Information display - I like this product because of it has a display and shows few information, but its not upto the mark. Its not exactly as its displayed, you feel like its copied from a genune product. however, As I said in the subject, dont buy if you want to use it for work from home scenarios. go with airtel, its really good.
4. Signal reception also very low.
About the vendor, I lsaw this product on Amazon and the expected delivery mentioned was 15 days, hence I connected directly via whatsapp as mentioned in this portal, they are not fast responder but after multiple folowup, they agreed to ship it via dtdc courier, it was quick, i recieved it with in 4 days, but as this product was not upto the mark, I requested for return this product and refund, initially they didnot agree to refund, and I mentioned the issue properly and argued and after multiple followup they finally agreed to refund,, After the return, they refund it promptly, but you need to followup them like anything.
