Return & Refund Policy



Repairs or replacements will be carried out through the company’s service centers.

  • This warranty applies only to products purchased within the territory of India (“Territory”).
  • The product is a genuine Muvit product with an invoice, which the customer has to share with the Muvit support team at the time of the request.
  • All expenses and risks incurred in shipping the unit to the company’s service center or authorized service center within 10 days of purchasing.
  • After repairs or replacements, the warranty will remain only for the unexpired period of the warranty. No extension of the warranty period will be done.
  • Muvit will retain any replaced part(s) or component(s).
  • In case the product is not repairable, Muvit may provide a [new product] to your doorsteps.

    Important Note: The customer must open a troubleshooting case with Muvit to get support for any product in warranty or out-of-warranty. Customers can visit to avail themselves of the service.

    Replacement Policy

    To maintain our services’ feasibility, we allow a product’s replacement only under the following circumstances.

    • The customer can easily replace the product unit received within 10 days. The company will arrange pickup and dispatch service.
    • A replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt.
    • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the same to our website support team. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Muvit.

      A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances.

      • The customer is unhappy with the defect-free product’s look and sound quality.
      • Physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
      • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

      Cancellation Policy

      We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy,

      • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been dispatched from Muvit Warehouse to the customers and they have initiated shipping them.
      • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
      • No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions.
