How to Return?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. However, we will accept Replacement within 10 Days from the date on which the goods are delivered. We can replace the product in that condition only if you received the wrong Item and item is bad as may differ from your choice of booking item.
To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, an Instant response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may call at our customer care number +91-8766-267-369 and write us on email which remains open from 10:30 AM till 07:00 PM, 6 Days a week (Monday Weekly off). After mail will be sent to the customer on registered email id with the return shipping address. You may contact our Customer Care within 10 Days of having received the product and request a replacement.
Items and packaging must be unused and undamaged by you. Goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, including boxes, complete inbox accessories and the invoice to our address. We will arrange for a return pick-up of your order and our logistic team shall pick it up within 48 hours of your request. Please co-operate as it will take 7-10 working days for the Product to reach in our warehouse.
Payment Methods: payment methods that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid options.
